Bioceutical role of nano and organic selenium on certain reproductive value of laying hen during force molting

Nanotechnology has proposed many new effective forms of nutritional supplement ingredients due to their low toxicity and high bioavailability, among which are nano-selenium, distinctive properties small particles increased surface area compounds, allowing the opportunity for biological interactions. In this study, 48 laying hens, aged 47 weeks, a rose type were used, experiment lasted two months. The birds fed types diets, one standard other non-standard diet, represented by use crushed yellow corn molting. divided into six groups 8 birds/group, with first group receiving second only tops crushed, third organic-Se 2 g/L fourth Nano-Se 0.5 ml/L stalk, fifth organic- Se straw g/L, sixth nano-Se ml/L. results showed significant rise in ovary weight, oviduct number immature mature follicles, FSH, LH, as well an improvement histological characteristics shell gland treated nano organic-Se, indicating that plays critical role restoring most reproductive parameters normal levels, close baseline.
